Led by Kate Appleton, a somatic-based psychotherapist, coach, and mentor with a passion for creating sacred spaces and women’s circles, this gathering will honor the wisdom of women throughout history and mythology—including Isis, Julian of Norwich, Sophia, and the Indigenous Grandmothers. Through guided visualization, meaningful storytelling, and somatic practices, we’ll explore our roles as women in shaping culture, honoring the presence of Spirit within all things, and welcoming the renewal of spring.
