12-WEEK CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
Attachment and Somatics with Will Rezin
Some things can be taught from a book. Others make more sense when we have lived our way through them.
Will and I come to this work as teachers, practitioners, and as mother and son. What we bring into the room has been studied, practiced, lived, broken open, and found again.
Two generations, one conversation.
My son Will and I teach attachment together. Standing side by side in front of a room makes a claim before either of us speaks, since the two of us know this material from the inside. We lived our own rupture. We found the way back across it. Everything we teach about frayed threads and the work of mending them, we learned first at home.
Will founded Trauma and Somatics and Somara, and he brings the developmental and formative lineage into the work. I bring five decades in rooms with children, families, and clinicians. Between the two of us sits a generational conversation most trainings only describe from the outside.
Together we teach attachment as the body lives it.
How a nervous system learns whom to trust and how early that learning sets. What happens to connection under threat, and how a story hardens into an identity when someone goes unseen for long enough.
How repair actually works across generations, and what to do when some threads stay broken past mending. We teach practitioners to hold all of it, and we teach the family systems living inside it.
Come sit in on the conversation.
Will and I recorded a long conversation about this work, about our own history, and about what happens to a culture when families come apart. Clips sit below, and the full version waits at the link.
