My son Will and I teach attachment from a place we know from the inside. Together, we explore attachment as the body lives it, how connection changes under threat, and what repair asks of us across generations.

Legacy shows itself in what holds after the teacher leaves the room. Much of my life now goes toward organizations and communities doing that holding, from emotional health work in South Africa to communities closer to home.
